Our Guarantee
All boilers we sell are fully pressure tested and guaranteed against leaking due to external corrosion for 15 years with the exception of abuse such as gross overheating and running without water. We take this guarantee very seriously and stand by the quality of our boilers.
With reconditioned boilers
such as the Raburn Supreme and Multifuel, we recommend
using a corrosion inhibitor, such as Fernox, to
prevent internal corrosion problems.
In the unlikely event
of the boiler leaking, please return it to us and
we will rectify the fault.
Please Note: With
all boilers, but particularly with gravity fed boilers
(such as the Rayburn Regent
and Royal) it is essential in installation to set
them so there are NO air locks. (The output socket
must be the highest point of the boiler.)
It has sometimes been necessary to
install a small "heat-leak" radiator to
avoid regular overheating.
Damage due to breaking
these rules is easily identifiable and though repairable
is not covered by our guarantee. |
