Morris Minor 1965

The vehicle arrived with us in a very poor state of repair having been abandoned in a barn for the past 10 years. It required a complete chassis rebuild from front to back. The main floors were the only section to be relatively sound.

All sections of the chassis required rebuilding including the entire engine bay. Inner, outer and middle sills were replaced as well as parts of the A pillars.
Rear wing and chassis rebuilt.

The main cross member had to have both sides replaced as well as several sections of the floor around the spring hangers.

Finally, 4 new wings were fitted and repairs were carried out to the door bottoms and boot lid.

The vehicle then received a complete re-spray before being reassembled.

And at last, ready for the road – all legal and gleaming!
